V-Guard Industries Limited, a prominent Consumer Electricals and Electronics Company, has announced its audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The results highlight robust performance in the last quarter, with the company’s consolidated net revenue from operations growing by 14.1%.

Q4 FY2025-26 Performance Highlights​

For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, the company reported consolidated net revenue from operations of Rs. 1755.27 crs. This represents a growth of 14.1% compared to the Rs. 1538.08 crs recorded in the corresponding period of the previous year.

Consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter reached Rs. 112.13 crs, marking a 23.0% increase from Rs. 91.13 crs recorded the previous year.

The full year ended March 31, 2026, showed consolidated net revenue from operations of Rs. 5965.78 crs, a 7.0% increase over the previous year's Rs. 5577.82 crs. However, the consolidated PAT for the year was Rs. 308.33 crs, showing a slight decline of 1.7% compared to Rs. 313.72 crs the year before, primarily attributed to a one-time Labour Code impact. The underlying PAT for the full year grew by 3.6%.

Operational and Business Outlook​

Commenting on the results, Mr. Mithun K. Chittilappilly, Managing Director of V-Guard Industries Ltd., noted that the business delivered a strong performance during the last quarter. He attributed this robust performance mainly to the electronics and electrical segments.

The MD acknowledged that the West Asia situation presented significant operational uncertainties and commodity price inflation challenges. He stated that the company successfully navigated these difficulties, which reflects the inherent resilience of the business. Looking ahead, he emphasized that the management continues to monitor the evolving situation closely and remains hopeful of a strong start to FY27, given indications of a supportive summer.
