For Q4 FY26, the company recorded a Revenue from Operations of ₹ 103.9 crore. Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹ 59 crore, marking a 93% y-o-y increase compared to the ₹ 30.6 crore reported in Q4 FY25.
Mr. Taurani stated that while the company achieved an impressive 32% revenue growth and a 93% PAT increase in Q4 FY26, the full year results still exceeded expectations. Against prior guidance of 20% growth in both revenue and PAT, the company closed FY26 with revenue growth of 21% and PAT growth of 30%. During the year, the total dividend payout was INR 166 crore.
Operational and Strategic Highlights
The company emphasized its commitment to quality content through its operations. During Q4 FY26, Tips Music released 66 new songs, which included 47 film songs and 19 non-film songs.On the digital front, the YouTube subscriber base expanded to 153.1 million during the quarter. Key releases saw the song 'Tu Jaane Hai Kahan' cross 10 million views, while 'Tehzeeb' and 'Jamuna Kinara' each recorded 2.4 million views. Furthermore, the label strengthened its brand partnerships during the quarter, collaborating with leading brands such as Hyundai and Tinder.
For FY26, the Board declared a cumulative dividend of ₹ 13 per share, leading to a total payout of ₹ 166.18 crore.
