
TVS Motor Company Launches Apache RTR 310 in Morocco, Marking Entry into Africa’s Premium Motorcycle Market
TVS Motor Company officially launched the TVS Apache RTR 310 in Morocco on March 28, 2026, marking a significant step for the brand in the African market. The launch positions TVS at the forefront of Morocco’s rapidly maturing premium performance segment.“As the first African market where it is being launched, TVS Apache RTR 310's launch in Morocco marks a significant step in the brand's journey," said Mr. Rahul Nayak, Senior Vice President - International Business, TVS Motor Company. Morocco’s two-wheeler industry has seen 42% growth in the last year, with the 201-350cc premium segment accounting for 6.6% of the total market and forecast to hit 10% by 2030.
Mr. Omar Messouidi, Managing Director - Motorsport Maroc (Hindi Motors), stated the motorcycle is engineered to perform on racetracks and deliver a thrilling experience on roads.
The TVS Apache RTR 310 boasts a Reverse-Inclined DOHC engine, a unique engine orientation for exceptional mass centralisation, and a peak power of 35.6 PS at 9,700 rpm and a maximum torque of 28.7 Nm at 6,650 rpm. The motorcycle accelerates from 0 to 60 in 2.81 seconds.
