The board meeting is set for Thursday, August 6, 2026. The primary focus of the meeting will be considering and approving the financial results for the first quarter.

In addition to the corporate governance update, Saurashtra Cement Ltd has specified details regarding the trading window for its securities. A decision was made that the trading window for all Connected Persons and their immediate relatives will be closed starting July 1, 2026. This restricted period is set to last until up to August 8, 2026, which is 48 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results.
