Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has secured a significant multi-year contract from Swiss engineering giant ABB. The deal involves modernizing and managing ABB’s complex global network operations. This agreement expands the long-standing professional relationship between both companies.

The contract requires TCS to take over end-to-end global network operations for ABB. This work will utilize an advanced AI-enabled Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) model. It moves beyond previously managed infrastructure and application support.
