At this meeting, the directors are scheduled to consider and approve two sets of financial outcomes: the Audited Standalone Financial Results and the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results (with Limited Review) for the quarter ending June 30, 2026.
In adherence to its internal policies regarding insider trading prevention, Tata Motors confirmed that the Trading Window remained closed from June 23, 2026, until 48 hours following the publication of the financial results.
