Tata Investment Corporation Recommends Rs. 3.40 Dividend Per Equity Share​

Tata Investment Corporation Limited has recommended a dividend of Rs. 3.40 per Equity Share of Re. 1/- each (340%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The recommendation was made by the Company's Board of Directors during a meeting held on April 21, 2026, and is subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The dividend, if approved by the Shareholders at the forthcoming AGM, will be paid after deducting the applicable tax at source on or after July 2, 2026.

The Company noted that the payment of the dividend requires the deduction of withholding taxes at prescribed rates, effective from April 1, 2026. The rate of tax deduction varies depending on the shareholder's residential status and the documents submitted to the Company.

Shareholders holding multiple accounts under different status or category and sharing a single PAN must note that the higher of the tax rates applicable to the status in which the shares are held under that PAN will be considered on their entire holding across different accounts.

To facilitate the determination of the appropriate tax deduction or withholding tax rate, all related tax documents are required to be submitted to the Company by June 5, 2026.
