Swojas Foods Ltd has finalized the conversion of warrants into equity shares, resulting in an increase in the company's paid-up equity share capital. The company's Board of Directors approved the conversion of 1,600,000 warrants, which were issued during a prior preferential allotment.

The conversion involved the allotment of 1,600,000 fully paid equity shares, each having a face value of ₹ 10/-. This transaction was carried out following the exercise of conversion options by warrant holders.

The allotment was made for cash, with the company receiving the remaining exercise price of ₹ 12.375/- per share warrant. The total amount received for the conversion was ₹ 1,98,00,000.00.

The equity shares allotted under this preferential basis will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of Swojas Foods Ltd.

Capital Structure Update​

The conversion has impacted the company's capital base. The paid-up equity share capital of the company increased from ₹ 44,26,33,120/ (consisting of 4,42,63,312 equity shares of Face Value ₹ 10/- each) to ₹ 45,86,33,120/ (consisting of 4,58,63,312 equity shares of Face Value ₹ 10/- each).
