Transaction Terms and Participants​

Financial Obligations and Next Steps​

The Warrants will be issued at a premium of Rs 61.64 per warrant over the face value of Rs 2/- per share. The terms stipulate that the proposed allottees must pay an amount equivalent to at least 25% of the issue price upon allotment, with the balance 75% payable upon conversion into equity shares.

The company will apply for in-principle approval from BSE Limited on the day of sending this notice. The allotment is intended to be completed within 15 days of passing the resolution, or within 15 days of receiving any necessary regulatory approvals.
