Sterling Holiday Resorts Launches Quinta Jim Corbett to Strengthen Wildlife Hospitality Leadership

Sterling Holiday Resorts has significantly expanded its presence in India's fast-growing wildlife hospitality segment with the launch of Sterling Quinta Jim Corbett. The new resort is the company's second property in the Corbett landscape and marks its 11th location within Uttarakhand, reinforcing Sterling's long-term strategy of developing destination clusters across key nature and wildlife regions nationwide.

The addition strengthens Sterling's curated wildlife portfolio, which now encompasses 13 resorts housing over 480 rooms and suites. The resort is situated in the tranquil Bail Parao -Kaladhungi belt of Ramnagar, offering guests a spacious and quieter alternative to more crowded tourist zones while ensuring access to the wider Corbett landscape.

With this launch, Sterling has established a diversified portfolio that spans various ecological niches across India. These include tiger reserves, lion habitats, rainforest ecosystems, and Himalayan forests in destinations such as Gir, Kanha, Pench, Ranthambore, Sariska, Thekkady, Wayanad, Anaikatti, Tipeshwar, and Corbett itself.

Features of Sterling Quinta Jim Corbett

Sterling Quinta Jim Corbett is designed to cater to families, couples, corporate retreats, and celebration-led travel. The resort features 46 spacious rooms spanning five categories, with options including private sit-outs, balconies, and exclusive plunge pools. Guests can utilize the on-site amenities such as a swimming pool, spa, and Nectar, the resort’s all-day dining restaurant.

The property also enhances Sterling's leisure plus events offering. It includes a 2,800 sq ft. banquet hall complemented by two landscaped lawns, making it an attractive venue for incentive travel, social celebrations, and destination weddings. Beyond the resort itself, guests can engage in various activities across the wider Corbett region, including safaris in Phato and Sitabani forest zones, birdwatching trails, plantation walks, and cultural attractions like Chhoi Village and Jim Corbett Museum.

As Mr. Vikram Lalvani, Managing Director & CEO of Sterling Holiday Resorts Ltd., noted, wildlife tourism in India is undergoing a transformation. "Travellers today are looking for experiences that extend well beyond the safari," he stated. "They want longer stays, meaningful engagement with nature and authentic connections with local landscapes and communities. Sterling Quinta Jim Corbett is another important milestone in strengthening that vision."

Sterling's focus on building experiential travel segments extends across wildlife, mountains, wellness, pilgrimage, and heritage destinations. This expansion reinforces the company’s commitment to leadership in high-potential experiential travel markets in Uttarakhand.
