The total volume sold increased by 15% YoY to 3.81 Million Tonnes. Cement volume specifically rose by 27% YoY, reaching 2.34 Million Tonnes from 1.85 Million Tonnes in Q1 FY26. North Region Expansion and Operational Status
The company's strong volume growth was attributed to sustained momentum in cement volumes across existing regions, bolstered by the commencement of sales from its new unit in the North region.JSW Cement commissioned its integrated unit at Nagaur district in Rajasthan on March 30, 2026, which holds a 3.3 MTPA clinker capacity and a 2.5 MTPA grinding capacity. Sales from this newly commissioned Nagaur unit began in April 2026, initially targeting the markets of Rajasthan and Haryana. In Q1 FY27, the Nagaur unit achieved an average utilization rate of 55%.

The company is also adding an additional 1.0 MTPA grinding capacity at this location and has commenced work on a further 2.5 MTPA grinding unit, which will bring the total grinding capacity at Nagaur to 6.0 MTPA.In terms of renewable energy, JSW Cement added another 56 MW of wind capacity, bringing its total renewable capacity (including WHRS) to 112 MW as of June 30, 2026.
