Solar Industries India Limited (SIIL) has announced its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026-27, ending June 30, 2026. The company reported a record performance across revenue, EBITDA, PBT, and PAT, driven by strong growth in its defence and explosives verticals.

The quarterly results showcased significant double-digit growth across the board, confirming the resilience of the company's strategic vision.

Key Business Drivers and Operational Milestones​

Manish Nuwal, Managing Director & CEO of SIIL, commented on the splendid performance, stating that the company achieved its highest-ever quarterly revenue, EBITDA, PBT, and PAT. He highlighted that the defence business emerged as a primary growth engine, registering remarkable 123% year-on-year growth during the quarter.

The international explosives segment also delivered exceptional results, growing by 65% year-on-year, which management linked to validated strategic investments in building a scalable global business. On the domestic front, the explosives business saw robust growth of 52% year-on-year.

To support its expansion and cater efficiently to customers, SIIL confirmed it is progressing with strategic developments, including commissioning its Dhule plant in Western India, significant expansions at the Dholpur facility, and plans for a new facility in Orissa.

Growth Trajectory and Future Guidance​

Mr. Nuwal reiterated the company's confidence in securing substantial future orders. The robust order book currently stands at over ₹21,350 crore, providing strong visibility for sustained growth.

Looking ahead to FY2026-27, SIIL has set an ambitious revenue guidance of ₹ 14,000 crore. To achieve its long-term goals, the company plans a capital investment of ₹ 2,050 crore and reported having already deployed approximately ₹450 crore during the first quarter, affirming commitment to capability building.

The company maintains that the combination of the strong order book, expanding market opportunities, and continuous strategic investments positions Solar Group favorably for multi-year growth and global scale.

Today, shares of Solar Industries India Limited surged to settle at ₹20325, gaining 8.52% in a robust close. The stellar performance saw the stock reach its 52-week high, while traded volume clocked in at 700,149 as the equity rallied throughout the day.
