Silgo Retail Limited Extends Inter-Corporate Deposit Tenure with Ashika Credit Capital​

Silgo Retail Limited has announced a further extension of its existing Inter-Corporate Deposit (ICD) amounting to ₹15,00,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Crore Only). The facility was availed from Ashika Credit Capital Limited.

The Company confirmed the extension for an additional 90 days, following mutually agreed terms and conditions. This represents a continuation of the financial arrangement originally established under the Inter-Corporate Deposit Agreement dated February 07, 2026.

Silgo Retail Limited stated that this is a subsequent extension to the ICD tenure, which had previously been extended by another period of 90 days. The current extension has been formally documented through necessary agreements executed between both parties.

The management confirmed that all other terms and conditions governing the existing ICD arrangement shall remain unchanged unless specifically modified by mutual agreement between Silgo Retail Limited and Ashika Credit Capital Limited.
