Shera Energy Approves Scheme of Amalgamation Proposal Involving Two Subsidiaries​

The Board of Directors of Shera Energy Limited has approved the exploration of a Scheme of Amalgamation involving the company and its subsidiaries, Rajputana Industries Limited and Shera Metal Private Limited. The decision was made during a meeting held on Friday, July 28, 2026, with the goal of evaluating the feasibility of the proposed corporate restructuring.

Following detailed deliberations, the Board expressed a positive inclination towards pursuing the amalgamation scheme. To advance this proposal, the Directors authorized the constitution of a dedicated Committee. This committee has been assigned the task of thoroughly evaluating the feasibility of the Scheme and coordinating efforts across all involved companies.

The mandated responsibilities of the newly formed Committee include appointing professional advisors and conducting necessary due diligence.
