Shera Energy Limited Announces Board Meeting to Approve Preferential Allotment of Convertible Share Warrants​

Shera Energy Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. The primary agenda item for the meeting is the consideration and approval of the preferential allotment of Convertible Share Warrants (CSWs) to proposed allottees.

The initiative follows an Extraordinary General Meeting held on May 15, 2026, during which shareholders accorded approval for the allotment scheme. Additionally, the company has secured in-principle approval from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited for the distribution of these warrants.

The preferential allotment is slated to proceed subject to the receipt of the requisite subscription money and adherence to all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

In addition to approving the warrant allocation, the Board will review other ancillary and consequential matters as required under the Companies Act, 2013, and related regulations.
