Mumbai, 14 May 2026: Saregama, a company associated with the RPSG Group, has announced its Financial Results for the quarter and Financial Year ended 31 March 2026, reporting a robust performance across several key verticals. The company posted an Adjusted EBITDA of Rs. 1,327 Mn in Q4 FY26, marking a year-over-year (YoY) growth of 31%. Overall Revenue from Operations grew by 19% to reach Rs. 2,874.

The quarterly performance saw the operational Profit Before Tax (PBT) grow by 37% to Rs. 1,050 Mn.

Operational Highlights​

In the Music vertical, the company released major content including the Telugu film song 'Aaya Sher' from 'The Paradise', the super hit Tamil album 'Parasakthi', and the Hindi film album 'Do Deewane Seher Mein' starring Mrunal Thakur. Overall, Saregama released over 1,200 films and non-film tracks across Hindi, Bhojpuri, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada languages.

The Live Events business saw expansion, hosting the 2-day multi-genre festival 'UN40' in Bengaluru, which featured over 25 artists, and expanding its devotional presence through concerts featuring Backstage Siblings and Manoj Muntashir. The comedy vertical was also strengthened with shows featuring artists like Viraj Ghelani and Manhar Seth.

The company leveraged its intellectual property (IP) in high-impact campaigns with brands such as Open AI, Skoda, Lakme, and The Coca Cola Company.

Furthermore, Saregama added 33 artistes in Q4 FY26, expanding its total roster to over 300 artistes. Its digital footprint across owned and controlled channels surpassed 650 Mn+ followers and subscribers.

Strategic Focus Areas​

The company is actively building its IP pipeline through strategic investments. In the Video segment, the company scaled down its Films Production business and invested in Bhansali Productions, securing a significant minority ownership basis valuation.

In Live Events, the portfolio diversified across multiple genres, including the company's first Music Festival IP, UN40, and various devotional concerts. The Live Events sector’s size was noted to be at INR 1,45,000 Mn with a projected 3-year Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 11%.

For the Music sector, the company highlighted that its large IP portfolio includes over 180K+ songs, 70+ films, and 55+ digital series. The management noted the increasing potential in India's music subscription penetration, which remains low globally.

The company’s financial position saw total assets stand at 23,220 INR Mn as of 31 March 2026, compared to 20,952 INR Mn in the previous year. Net worth increased to 16,927 INR Mn.
