Mr. Sitaram Kandi is a seasoned HR professional with over thirty years of extensive experience. He has worked on diverse facets of Human Resources and Industrial Relations with global corporations, including Bosch, Monsanto, and General Electric, both in India and internationally, prior to joining Tata Motors in 2019.

Mr. Kandi is an alumnus of the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. His academic credentials include a Graduation in Mathematics, Economics, and Statistics from Osmania University, and a Master's Degree in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare from Symbiosis. He also holds a qualification in Business Analytics from the Indian Institute of.

Previously, Mr. Kandi headed HR for the Passenger and Electric Vehicle Business and Skill Development, and Industrial Relations for across Tata Motors Limited.
