During his tenure at PepsiCo, he was responsible for managing the commercial aspects of the company's food and beverage portfolio and steering the business across a large cluster of Asian countries.

Mr. D'Souza commenced his career with Hindustan Unilever in 1993. He possesses 33 years of overall experience in the consumer products industry, demonstrating a strong emphasis on strategy, growth, and execution. In addition to his role at TCPL, he currently serves as a Director on the Boards of Tata Starbucks Limited, Tata Digital Private Limited, Capital Foods Private Limited, Organic India Private Limited, and several overseas subsidiaries of Tata Consumer Products. Academically, he holds a degree in engineering from the University of Madras and is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIM-C).
