The Board of Directors confirmed that the Company continues to strengthen its market leadership by focusing on product refreshment and strategic channel expansion.

The flagship Unitary Cooling Products segment (A) underwent a comprehensive refresh of its RAC portfolio, concentrating on premiumization, AI adaptive cooling, and differentiated consumer experiences. While margins faced pressure from commodity inflation and currency depreciation, this was partially counteracted by cost reduction and value engineering initiatives.

The Electro-Mechanical Projects and Services segment (B) plays a crucial role in diversifying the business portfolio. The company’s Domestic Projects business secured strategic orders and emphasized selective order booking, while the International Projects business managed geopolitical tensions with agility to ensure continuity.

In the consumer durable space, Voltbek Appliances continues its growth trajectory. In Q4, Voltbek introduced enhanced product offerings in the Frost-Free Refrigerator and Fully Automatic Washing Machine categories, retaining its No. 2 position in the semi-automatic washing machine category.

Mr. Mukundan Menon C P, Managing Director, commented that the first half of FY26 was impacted by volatile weather, including a subdued summer and early monsoon, which affected the cooling segment’s topline. However, he highlighted that the Room Air Conditioner business staged a smart recovery in the second half and maintained its No. 1 position.
