The company has entered into an exclusive supply agreement with Australia's leading pharmacy network, valued at Australian Dollars (AUD) 202 Million, which is equivalent to INR 1300 crores.

The agreement establishes Noumed Pharmaceuticals as the exclusive supplier of OTC medicines to the international entity for a term spanning 7.5 years. The contract includes an option for further extension by an additional three years upon mutual consent.

This strategic partnership with the Australian pharmacy network highlights the expanding global reach of Sai Parenterals’ operations in the pharmaceutical sector. The transaction is classified as a wholly international undertaking, and the company confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any related parties hold an interest in the entity awarding the contract.
