The acquisition involved Nanomi purchasing 11,794,497 shares from various existing shareholders of MPPI. Following this purchase, MPPI also conducted a share buyback, completing the repurchase of 61,118 shares from two existing shareholders on July 01, 2026. The company confirmed that the buy-back process for the remaining 30,559 shares is currently ongoing.
The combination of these acquisition and buyback activities has resulted in a substantial increase in Nanomi’s stake in MPPI. As of July 01, 2026, Nanomi’s shareholding in Multicare Pharmaceuticals Philippines, Inc. rose from 56.28% to 99.89%.
