Once transferred to the IEPF Demat Account, no claim shall lie against Dhampur Sugar Mills Limited concerning the unclaimed dividend amount or the corresponding shares.

Shareholders are requested to submit their claims for the unpaid/unclaimed dividends and equity shares for Financial Year 2018-19 by providing requisite documents. These include a formal request letter signed by all holders, a self-attested copy of PAN Card and Address Proof, and either a Cancelled Cheque or Bank Statement or Passbook etc.
