RPG Life Sciences Completes Slump Sale of API Business to Wholly Owned Subsidiary​

RPG Life Sciences Ltd has successfully completed the transfer of its Active Pharmaceuticals Ingredients (API) business. The transaction involved selling the API segment to RPG Active Pharma Limited, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of RPG Life Sciences.

The completion of this Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) marks the effective transition of the API business as of August 15, 2026.

In terms of the BTA, the transfer of the API Business was executed on a slump sale basis to the company's subsidiary, RPG Active Pharma Limited.

RPGLIFE Stock Price Movement​

Shares of RPG Life Sciences Limited on Friday slipped by 2.07% to settle at ₹2782.3, as trading activity saw the stock fluctuate between a low of ₹2757.8 and a high of ₹2843.
