  • Regency Fincorp strengthened its liquidity and funding profile during FY27 by successfully raising ₹110 crore through Listed NCDs and term loans from banks. Furthermore, the Board approved the issuance of up to ₹25 crore of privately placed Listed NCDs, enhancing financial flexibility.
