Bengaluru: OnMobile Global Limited, a leader in mobile gaming and entertainment with operations spanning 41 countries, today announced its consolidated financial results for the First Quarter (Q1) of Fiscal Year 2027. The results reflect the entry into the console gaming market following the launch of the ONMO+ Smart Console through a partnership with Flipkart on June 26, 2026.
The company reported that Q1 FY27 revenue stood at INR 1,241 Mn, marking a 3.8% decline quarter-over-quarter (QoQ). However, Gaming Revenue for the same period reached INR 394 Mn, representing a 2.4% increase QoQ. The company reported an EBITDA of INR 15 Mn, which includes expenses related to the ONMO+ launch. Closing cash stood at INR 1,355 Mn.
Commenting on the Q1 FY27 results, Bikram Singh Sherawat, President and COO of OnMobile, stated that the ONMO+ launch allowed the company to enter the Indian console gaming market via Flipkart. This move opens new distribution channels, positioning OnMobile beyond its traditional focus on telecom into e-commerce, broadband, and retail. He noted that while the gaming revenue grew by 2.4%, the company is actively exploring new marketing channels and remains committed to converting its pipeline for sustainable growth.
Radhika Venugopal, Global CFO of OnMobile, affirmed that the ONMO+ Smart Console launch, combined with a strong business pipeline, provides a solid foundation for future growth. She emphasized the ongoing focus on improving profitability, driving EBITDA growth, and enhancing cash generation. According to Venugopal, increasing operating leverage is expected as the gaming business scales, leading to greater efficiency.
