- CSIDC LOA: The company received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from the Chhattisgarh State Industrial Development Corporation Limited (CSIDC). In this joint venture, which has a 51% stake, Ashoka Buildcon will develop a Gems & Jewellery Park under PPP mode in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The project area is 38,922 sq. mtrs., and the accepted premium payable is Rs. 112.40 crore, with a lease period of 30 years (extendable up to 90 years) and a construction period of 5 years.
- Guyana LOA: A Letter of Acceptance was received from the Central Housing and Planning Authority in Guyana for the Construction of a Four Lane Highway from Versailles, West Bank Demerara to Parika, East Bank Essequibo, Region No. 3 -Lot 8. The accepted value is GYD $7,455 million (USD 35.42 million), with a completion period set at 20 months.
- NHAI Settlement: Following disclosures regarding the Show Cause Notice issued by NHAI, the company and NHAI entered into a Settlement Agreement.
