Odyssey Technologies Ltd. announced today, March 26, 2026, that shareholders have approved the re-appointment of Mr. B. Robert Raja and Mr. B. Antony Raja through a Postal Ballot.Mr. B. Robert Raja has been re-appointed as Chairman & Managing Director for a three-year term, effective April 1, 2026, and expiring on March 31, 2029. Mr. Raja brings over 35 years of experience in computers and programming and serves as the Company's primary technology strategist, specializing in cryptography and information security.
Mr. B. Antony Raja has been re-appointed as Whole-time Director & CFO for a three-year term, effective April 1, 2025, and expiring on March 31, 2029. Mr. Raja has over three decades of experience in finance, administration, and human resources.
