Odyssey Technologies to Hold Board Meeting to Review Financial Results and Plan AGM​

Odyssey Technologies Ltd has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors to consider and approve its financial results and plan for the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The Board meeting is set to take place on Wednesday, April 2, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. The meeting will be held at the Company’s Registered Office located at 5th Floor, Dowlath Towers, 63, Taylors Road, Kilpauk, Chennai - 600 010.

The primary purpose of the meeting is to review and approve the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and the financial year ended March 31, 2026.

Key Agenda Items​

In addition to considering the financial results, the Board is also proposed to transact on several key corporate governance matters, including:

• Approving the convening of the Thirty Sixth Annual General Meeting (AGM) in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable regulations.
• Approving the draft notice for the AGM.
• Fixing the dates for the closure of the Share Transfer Books and the Register of Members.
• Determining the cut-off date for eligibility to vote by remote e-voting during the voting period and the AGM, which will be conducted through Video Conference (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
• Recommending a final dividend, if any, for the financial year ending March 31, 2026.

Trading Window Update​

The Company also confirmed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of Odyssey Technologies Ltd will open 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting, following the approval of the Financial Results. This means the trading window is scheduled to open on May 2, 2026.
