Avantel Ltd Approves Re-appointment of Directors and Appointments for Key Posts​

Avantel Limited announced significant updates regarding its board composition, approving re-appointments and new appointments for several key directorial roles as considered by its Board of Directors at a meeting held on July 11, 2026. The approvals cover Executive Director (Strategy & Business Development), an Additional Director, and an Independent Director.

The company extended a five year term to Mr. Abburi Siddhartha Sagar as Executive Director (Strategy & Business Development). His re-appointment is set for a further consecutive term commencing from March 8, 2027, until March 7, 2032, and is subject to the Members' approval via Postal Ballot.

Mr. Peddi Bala Bhaskar Rao was appointed as an Additional Director and designated Director (Operations).
