In a related matter, the shareholders approved a modification to the tenure of Mr. Mukesh Hari Butani, who serves as a Non-Executive Independent Director. His second term appointment, previously planned for five consecutive years from January 01, 2026, was modified. The change restricts his new tenure to one year, running from January 01, 2026, through December 31, 2026. This modification was made following a request from Mr. Butani due to other professional commitments and his intention to rationalize and reduce overall Board involvement.
