- Intellectual Property (IP): Any intellectual property or creative works created under the MOU will be jointly owned by Nutricircle Limited and ICT, with each party holding 50% ownership. Should one party wish to cease participation regarding IP, they must notify the other within six months of the invention date.
- Non-Exclusivity: The MOU is non-exclusive, meaning both parties remain free to pursue other research projects or collaborations with third parties.
- Confidentiality and Confidential Information: Both parties are bound by strict confidentiality obligations. This includes maintaining proprietary information and samples. These confidentiality obligations will survive for five years following the termination of the MOU.
