Bharti Airtel Limited has approved the conversion of partly paid-up equity shares into fully paid-up equity shares following the receipt of payments related to its First and Final Call notice. The move was sanctioned by a Special Committee of Directors for Rights Issue, a duly authorized committee of the Board of Directors.The company received an aggregate amount of INR 190.32 million against valid applications for the First and Final Call. This payment covered 460,833 partly paid-up equity shares from eligible shareholders. In response to this receipt, the Board approved converting these 460,833 shares—which had a face value of INR 5 each and a paid-up value of INR 1.25 per share—into fully paid-up equity shares (ISIN INE397D01024).
The converted shares will rank pari passu with all existing fully paid-up equity shares and are available for trading on the stock exchanges, subject to necessary formalities and listing approvals.

Following this conversion, Bharti Airtel reported a significant increase in its paid-up equity share capital. The total paid-up equity share capital of the Company now stands at INR 31,203,334,699.The updated capital structure is as follows:
