NBCC (India) Limited has successfully concluded the e-auction sale of commercial built-up space located at Bharat Business Park, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi. The transaction was completed through an organized e-auction process conducted by the company.The property sold under the auction is a significant asset in the capital region. NBCC managed to sell approximately 2.34 lac sq. ft of commercial built-up space at Bharat Business Park for an approximate total sale value of Rs. 1,236 crore.
In addition to the primary sale, NBCC will also receive a marketing fee amounting to 1% of the sale value from the transaction. The successful closure of this e-auction marks a key development in the commercial real estate portfolio management by NBCC (India) Limited.
