NBCC Wins Bid for Commercial Tower at Bharat Business Park in New Delhi​

NBCC (India) Limited has successfully acquired a commercial tower located in Bharat Business Park, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi, following its participation in an e-auction process.

The company announced the acquisition of the property, which spans approximately 279,989 sq. ft. (super built-up area). The acquired commercial tower is intended for the company’s self-use, leasing purposes, and/or investment.

NBCC participated in the e-auction held on April 16, 2026, and emerged as the highest bidder for the property.

The total estimated investment for the proposed purchase is approximately ₹1,374.45 crores (Rupees One Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Four Crore and Forty-Five Lakh only), including all duties and taxes. Payments for the acquisition will be structured in stages on a construction-linked basis, governed by the terms and conditions of the e-auction.

The company noted that the completion of necessary formalities and the execution of definitive agreements are required to finalize the acquisition.

Shares of NBCC (India) Limited are edging higher to ₹93.57 as of 11:48 AM, rallying 0.56% in live trading. The stock shows strong momentum, supported by a substantial volume of 5.08 million shares traded during the session.
