Nazara Technologies Limited has announced plans for a significant preferential issue of equity shares, alongside proposing an increase in its authorized share capital. The company convened a Board meeting on August 06, 2026, to approve these two material corporate actions. To seek requisite approvals from shareholders concerning the fundraising and the capital structure amendment, Nazara Technologies scheduled an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for Sunday, August 30, 2026.
