This figure compares against INR 1,390.6 Crore from the corresponding quarter in the previous year. The net profit on a consolidated basis was INR 206.5 Crore, down from INR 480.3 Crore in the prior year's corresponding period.

NATCO Pharma’s associate company, Adcock Ingram Holdings Limited in South Africa, generated revenue of INR 1,582.8 crores for the quarter, with a profit after tax reported at INR 242.2 crores. NATCO's share of this associate's profit stood at INR 84.3 crores, based on its holding of 35.75% as of June 30, 2026. The company subsequently acquired an additional 13.25% stake in Adcock Ingram Holdings Limited in July 2026, raising the total holding to 49%.In response to the quarterly performance, the Board of Directors approved an interim dividend of INR 1.5 per equity share of INR 2 each for Q1 FY27.
