Mohini Health & Hygiene Limited has successfully completed a significant payment obligation under the Resolution Plan for its client, Winsome Yarns Limited. The company settled an amount of Rs 142.90 Crores as part of the proceedings related to the Corporate Debtor.The successful payment was executed through Dhananya Capital Private Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) and controlled subsidiary of Mohini Health & Hygiene Limited. This payment fulfills obligations stipulated under the Resolution Plan that was approved by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), following approval dated April 16, 2026.
In accordance with the terms set out in the approved Resolution Plan, the company has remitted the resolution amount to the designated Monitoring Committee. The Monitoring Committee is responsible for handling all remaining payments due to financial creditors, operational creditors, employees, statutory authorities, and other stakeholders as defined by the approved plan.
