These approved quantities include 3,000 springs specifically allocated for mandatory field trials, subject to the terms and conditions set by RDSO.
The receipt of this Prototype Approval is directly related to the Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) executed on February 18, 2025. This BTA involves M/s Prilika Enterprises Private Limited acquiring the 'Spring Unit' from M/s Cosmic Springs and Engineers Limited, a subsidiary of Cosmic CRF Ltd., which is located at Jalan Complex.
