Appointment of Additional Director
The Board also appointed Mr. Paresh Dhoti (DIN: 11802188) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director with effect from July 9, 2026. The appointment is for a first term of five consecutive years and is subject to approval by the Company’s Members at the next Annual General Meeting.Mr. Dhoti's professional background includes obtaining a Bachelor of Dentistry in 2006 from Government Medical College, Ahmedabad. He has been practicing independently as a dentist in Vadodara for the last 18 years. Mr. Dhoti is not related to any existing Director of the Company.
