Ministry of Defence Approves Chairman to Take Charge as Director (Operations) at HAL​

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited announced that the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, has approved the entrusting of the additional charge for the post of Director (Operations). The approval was conveyed via a letter dated May 11, 2026.

The charge for the Director (Operations) post has been assigned to Shri Kota Ravi, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company. Shri Ravi, who holds the DIN 10807781, will assume this additional charge for a specified period.

According to the communication, the tenure for this additional charge begins on May 1, 2026, and will remain effective for three months or until a new incumbent assumes the post, whichever period concludes earlier.

The Ministry of Defence provided its approval through Letter No. 49016/1/2025-D(HAL-III) dated May 11, 2026.
