Mahindra Logistics Allots 54,919 Equity Shares Following RSU Exercise
Mahindra Logistics Limited has increased its issued share capital following the approval of the allotment of 54,919 Equity Shares. The allotment was executed upon the exercise of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) under the Mahindra Logistics Employee Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2018.The allotment was approved by the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of the Board of Mahindra Logistics Limited. The newly issued shares, which have a face value of Rs. 10/each and are fully paid up, rank pari passu with the Company's existing Equity Shares in all respects, including dividend.
This transaction resulted in an increase in the Company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital. From the previous capital structure, the company's capital has risen to Rs. 99,27,74,020/- after the allotment.
