Axis Bank Allots Equity Shares Following ESOP/RSU Scheme Exercise​

On April 21, 2026, Axis Bank Ltd. announced the allotment of equity shares following the exercise of stock options or units under its Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) and Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) Scheme.

The Bank allotted 1,26,087 equity shares, each valued at Rs. 2.

This allotment resulted in an increase in the paid-up share capital of the Bank. The capital structure moved from its previous status to reflect the newly allotted shares.
