Mumbai: Yes Bank Limited announced the allotment of equity shares subsequent to the exercise of stock options under the YBL ESOS 2020 Scheme and YBL RSU Plan, 2024. The transaction resulted in a direct increase in the bank's paid-up share capital.

On July 24, 2026, Yes Bank allotted 276,471 equity shares, each having a face value of Rs 2/-. This allotment was made upon the exercise of stock options associated with the YBL PESOP 2020 Plan and YBL PESOP 2025 Plan, as part of the YBL ESOS 2020 Scheme and YBL RSU Plan, 2024.

The realization from the exercise of these stock options totaled Rs 37,71,412.88.
