Magellanic Cloud's Subsidiary Secures ₹7.91 Crore LOA from Western Railway for Surveillance and Telecom Deployment​

Magellanic Cloud Limited, a global technology company specializing in digital transformation and e-surveillance, announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Provigil Surveillance Limited, has secured a significant contract from Western Railway, Ratlam Division. The Letter of Acceptance (LOA) is valued at ₹7,91,60,064.53.

The contract encompasses the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Telecom Material in connection with deploying an integrated e-surveillance system. This project focuses on 40 or more Manned Non-Interlocked Level Crossing Gates within the Ratlam Division.

The scope of work requires the deployment of a combined e-surveillance and telecom infrastructure. This includes the provision of cameras, networking and telecom equipment, racks, power systems, solar-based power solutions, and associated cabling infrastructure and Optical Fibre Cable (OFC).

Strategic Impact and Order Momentum​

The contract win strengthens Provigil Surveillance Limited’s position in the railway, surveillance, and critical infrastructure sectors. This order adds to the Group’s growing footprint in technology-led solutions for critical infrastructure.

Magellanic Cloud noted that this recent contract comes amid strong order momentum across the company. The Group has secured orders worth over ₹111 crore so far in the current financial year, reinforcing Provigil’s role in Indian Railways’ modernization efforts.

The company concluded by noting that, with Group order wins already crossing ₹111 crore this financial year, this marks only the beginning of what Provigil intends to deliver for Indian Railways and the Public Sector.
