The new hotel property is set to introduce an upscale offering to the city and will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of LTHL.
The development significantly expands the group's footprint within Andhra Pradesh, which currently boasts six operational hotels and seven upcoming properties under its portfolio. This launch complements LTHL’s existing presence in Visakhapatnam, where the company operates Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels in Daba Gardens and Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels in Gajuwaka.
Lemon Tree Premier, Visakhapatnam, is designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers. The property will feature 110 well-appointed rooms alongside essential facilities including a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting/conference room, fitness center, swimming pool, and a spa.
