The meeting, which was scheduled to consider and approve the Annual Audited Standalone Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, has been rescheduled due to unavoidable circumstances.The Board Meeting is now scheduled for Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 01:00 PM. The revised venue for the meeting will be Plot No. 5, 6-7, Sector-4, IIE SIDCUL, Pant Nagar, Rudrapur, Uttarakhand-263153.
Regarding market trading, the company reported that the trading window, which has been closed since April 1, 2026, will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results. Leel Electricals Ltd noted that trading of the company's shares is already suspended.
