Lancor Holdings Limited Receives NCLT Sanction for Subsidiary Merger
Lancor Holdings Limited announced that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in Chennai has sanctioned the Scheme of Merger of Lancor Maintenance & Services Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, with Lancor Holdings Limited. The hearing took place on April 1, 2026.The company is currently awaiting the formal order and will provide a detailed intimation regarding the merger in accordance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
