L&T Buildings & Factories Wins Multi-State Real Estate Orders​

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has announced that its Buildings & Factories (B&F) business vertical has secured multiple orders from a major real-estate client. These contracts involve large-scale real-estate projects situated across three different Indian states.

The scope of the winning projects is highly diverse, covering high-rise residential developments, commercial structures, and ancillary amenities.

According to the details provided, the first project is slated for Hyderabad. The work scope for this residential development includes the design and construction of ten high-rise residential towers. Each tower is planned to rise up to 180 metres, featuring a configuration of two basements and 55 floors. Additionally, two clubhouses are part of this initial order.

A second major project involves a luxury high-rise residential tower located in Worli, Mumbai. For this development, L&T's scope encompasses the construction of the RCC shell and core structure, reaching a height of up to 260 metres, and featuring five basements plus 63 floors.

The third secured order pertains to Karnataka. This project includes the construction of several residential villas, a luxury hotel, and various ancillary structures. B&F's responsibilities for this site involve the construction of the RCC shell and core structure along with associated finishing work.

The B&F business vertical of L&T brings established domain knowledge and extensive experience in delivering Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) solutions. Its operational expertise spans multiple critical segments, including residential buildings, commercial spaces, hospitals, public spaces, airports, data centres, and factories. Furthermore, the company has experience with complex industrial structures, notably in automobiles, proving tracks, new energy facilities like solar panel and battery storage plants, paint and chemical plants, and glass plants, alongside food processing units.
