LEAP India, a supply chain management and asset pooling services provider backed by global investment firm KKR, is set to launch its initial public offering (IPO) for public subscription on August 7. This significant offering aims to raise a total of ₹2,480 crore.

The company's IPO timeline includes an anchor book opening on August 6 and the public issue closing on August 11. Share allotment is expected by August 12, with LEAP India shares anticipated to debut on the exchanges on August 14. The specific price band for the IPO will be announced separately on August 3.

Structure of the Rs 2,480 Crore Offering

The ₹2,480 crore offering is structured comprising two main components: a fresh issue and an offer-for-sale (OFS). LEAP India aims to raise ₹480 crore through the enhanced fresh issue component. The remaining substantial portion, worth ₹2,000 crore, is managed via the OFS.

Promoter entities Vertical Holdings II and KIA EBT Scheme 3 are scheduled to sell shares in the OFS. These entities hold stake values of ₹1,998.62 crore and ₹1.37 crore respectively. The fresh issue component saw an increase from its initial target of ₹400 crore to the revised size of ₹480 crore, while the OFS remains consistent at ₹2,000 crore.
