The wiring harness manufacturer aims for a market valuation of roughly Rs 15,000 crore and may also undertake a pre-IPO placement after downsizing the issue size.Leap India Ltd, which is backed by KKR, is set to raise around Rs 2,400 crore as early as next week. As one of the nation's largest providers of on-demand asset pooling solutions for the supply chain sector, the offering details are expected to be announced soon. Innovatiview India, providing integrated examination security and surveillance solutions, is slated to raise around Rs 2,000 crore through a complete offer for sale (OFS).
Dairy Brands and Smaller IPOs Are Ready Their Launch
MilkyMist Dairy Foods, a leading value-added dairy brand in India, is expected to launch its IPO in mid-August, aiming to raise approximately Rs 1,550 crore. The market also includes smaller but significant offerings from several specialized companies. Milbio Diagnostics is likely to bring in around Rs 300 crore through its planned IPO.Meanwhile, Ardee Industries has commenced its offering, scheduled to open on August 5 and close by August 7, targeting a raise of Rs 425 crore. Technocrafts Ventures has also launched its offering with an expected size of Rs 200 crore, opening from August 7 to August 11.

The IPO pipeline extends well beyond these initial offerings, signaling sustained investor interest. Discussions are at an advanced stage for numerous companies, including Truhome Finance, Elevate Campuses, Shiprocket, ARCIL, Gaja Alternative Asset Management, Shankesh Jewellers, Learnfluence Education, Rays of Belief Ltd, and Hy-Tech Engineers.
